We have more feature poets to be announced, and we will also be making time for an OPEN MIC. If you have a poem or two, or would simply like to jump on the soapbox and give a passionate polemic of the status quo, please feel free to sign up. If you are interested in reading (roughly 5 minute slots, but don't feel compelled to stretch yourself) please post on this event page below.
We will also be collecting donations for the BOILING POINT. The Boiling Point is a house on the north-east side of downtown that intends to provide a space for various radically minded political groups and community organizations in Kalamazoo to hold meetings, workshops, and provide services to the community.
